YOGA

Lina trained as a contemporary dancer before finding her way into yoga. She qualified in 2011 with appleyoga (vinyasa flow and hatha), and trained again in 2016 for pre & postnatal yoga, and teaches mostly around south east London and Catford where she is based.

Vinyasa & Hatha

Lina’s teaches Vinyasa and Hatha based classes with a sprinkle of inspiration from other styles of yoga and movement. The classes aim to help you build strength and increase flexibility in your body and find calm for your mind.

Prenatal

The prenatal classes offer a safe and supporting environment for a special time that can be magical, but also feel new and challenging and when a little bit of extra kindness to ourselves might be needed. Lina’s approach is calming and thoughtful classes which are gentle paced with freedom to let you practice at a pace that works for you.

The classes create a nurturing space for yoga postures to increase mobility as well as breathing and relaxation techniques for awareness; all to help you develop physical and mental strength in preparation for labor, and or course to connect with your baby.

Prenatal yoga can also ease aches and pains connected to pregnancy and increase overall wellbeing. Suitable from week 14 (please check with your midwife or doctor that it is safe for you to practice) until birth.

Postnatal

This class focuses on yoga poses specifically designed for strengthening, gentle stretching and easing tension in the postnatal body in a safe way.
Suitable from 6-8wks postpartum (please check with your midwife or doctor that it is safe for you to practice) until baby is crawling. Bring blankets and toys for your baby.

Lina is insured and CRB/DBS checked. Yoga Alliance accredited trainings.
